New Delhi : Delhiites are likely to experience a hot and humid day Saturday with the maximum temperature expected to hover around 42 degrees Celsius, a weather official said.
The capital recorded a minimum temperature of 28.6 degrees, four notches below normal.
The met department said the city would see clear skies with no possibility of rain.
“There was a cyclonic circulation over Rajasthan because of which there were rains in Delhi last week. But the circulation has now weakened and no rain is expected in the coming days,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The humidity level recorded was at 63 percent.
The city had Friday recorded a maximum temperature of 42 degrees.
