Valladolid (Spain) : A cloned fighting bull was born in Spain’s central province of Palencia.
The birth took place in the early hours Tuesday on a ranch near the town of Fromista, said sources close to the research team.
The scientific landmark was made possible by a project led by the director of the team from the Valencia Veterinary Research Foundation, Vicente Torrent, and Rita Cervera.
Cloning is the creation of an organism that is an exact genetic copy of another. This means that every single bit of DNA is the same between the two.
