Guwahati: State High Court has ordered the reopening of Nagaon Talks, a local TV channel of Nagaon owned by Rockybul Hussain, Congress candidate and a minister. Election commission officials have sealed Nagaon Talks channel in Nagaon on March 26 follwed by complaints from Prafulla Mahanta and Nagaon Nagarik Forum, a Nagaon based NGO. Congress MLA Rockybul Hussain is contesting from Samguri constituency. Gauhati High Court ordered reopening of the channels office in Nagaon and also ordered to return the seized CDs that includes video clips of 1983 Nellie massacre.
