New Delhi : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Tuesday left for China to attend the 3rd BRICS (Brazil-Russia-India-China-South Africa) summit, with the international situation and financial, development and security issues on the agenda.
During the five-day two-nation tour, Manmohan Singh will also visit Kazakhstan to sign at least six agreements including an inter-governmental agreement on civil nuclear cooperation. He returns home Saturday night.
