Chennai: Journalist and television anchor A. William Rabi Bernard will be the AIADMK candidate for the July 22 Rajya Sabha by-election, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa said Wednesday.
The vacancy arose as AIADMK Rajya Sabha member K.V. Ramalingam was elected to the Tamil Nadu assembly and became a minister.
