Patna: With the aim to make new generation aware of the towering personality of freedom fighter and first Education Minister of Independent India Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library is going to organize a play on Maulana Azad at Rabindra Bhawan in Patna on March 25 at 6: pm.
The play is a production of Pierrot’s Troupe in which Bollywood noted actor Tom Alter will play Maulana Azad’s role. The script has been written by M Sayeed Alam who will also direct the play.
Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, a scholar, thinker, writer, played a vital role in freedom movement and strongly advocated national integration. He was also architect of modern and technical education in Independent India.
