Kolkata : As the vote count began in West Bengal, Governor M.K. Narayanan Friday urged political parties to accept the people’s verdict peacefully.
“I am sure all political parties will accept the people’s verdict in the right spirit,” Narayanan said in a statement.
“I appeal to them to urge their followers to remain calm to sustain peace throughout the state,” he said.
