Kolkata : AMRI Hospital director R.S. Agarwal was Friday given bail by the Calcutta High Court in the Dec 9, 2011 fire tragedy at the high-cost superspecialty healthcare centre here that killed 94 people.
Agarwal has been undergoing treatment at the state-run SSKM Hospital following his arrest on the day of the fire.
