Bogota: Colombian rebels have triggered a blast at a state-run oil facility, killing five people, the army said.
The explosion was carried out at an oil well by the rebels of Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia Wednesday in Putumayo province, Xinhua reported. The victims were contractors working for Ecopetrol, Army Major Guillermo Delvasto Jaime said.
