Mumbai : A sailor was injured in a fire which broke out in a South Korean oil tanker while leaving the Mumbai docks Saturday, a fire official said.
The incident occurred as Royal diamond 7 was leaving after unloading its cargo.
Dense clouds of smoke billowed out of one of the ship’s store holds. The Mumbai and docks fire brigades battled the blaze. A sailor sustained minor injuries in the incident.
