Ranchi : Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda Monday approved the compulsory retirement of 10 non-performing judicial officials of the state.
“The chief minister has given his approval for compulsorily retirement to ten judicial officials for their unsatisfactory performance. This order is on the recommendation of the Jharkhand High Court and in anticipation of the approval of the cabinet,” an official statement said.
All the judicial officials are above 50 years of age. They will be given three months salary in lieu of prior information.
