Hyderabad: The city chapter of the Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIO) is going to organize a three day environment expo with the theme “Think. Act. Save. For all its worth, Save the Earth,” from December 8 to 10, 2012 at the exhibition ground in Nampally.
The expo intends to create awareness among the student community regarding environmental conservation.
Explaining the objectives of the expo, Arifuddin Ilyas, City Secretary of the SIO Hydrabad chapter said that environmental degradation is the biggest threat to the human life in today’s world. He urged the students’ community to come forward and play a wider role in safeguarding the environment and work towards a balanced sustainable development.
