New Delhi: It was a clear, pleasant Saturday in the capital with the maximum temperature recorded a notch below average at 26.7 degrees Celsius, the Met Office said, and forecast similar weather for Sunday.
“Sunday morning will be foggy and misty but the sky will get cleared in the day,” an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 27 and 12 degrees Celsius, respectively he added.
Saturdays’ minimum temperature settled at 10.9 degrees Celsius – two notches below what is the average for this time of the season and the humidity levels wavered between a high and low of 95 and 41 percent.
Friday’s maximum temperature was a notch below average at 26.8 degrees Celsius while the minimum was 12 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of the year.
