Colombo: England’s Sarah Taylor won the ICC Women’s T20I Cricketer of the Year at the LG ICC Awards here Saturday.
During the voting period Taylor played 10 matches for England scoring 340 runs at the top of the order at an average of 48.57, while the wicket-keeper also claimed 11 dismissals, including seven stumpings.
The 23-year-old took the accolade ahead of West Indies Stafanie Taylor and Australia’s Alyssa Healy and Lisa Sthalekar.
