New Delhi: Popular Front of India Today released its poster for the upcoming nationwide protest against the demolition of the Babri Masjid. Babri Masjid in Ayodhya was destroyed by Hindutva mob led by BJP leader LK Advani in 1992.
Popular front every year organizes multiple socio-cultural programs in this regard all over the nation, and conducts protests all over the nation at hundreds of places. Main protest is going to be held on Jantar Mantar along with like-minded organizations and activists. This campaign against Fascism is also carried out in every part of the country. This year the Jantar mantar protest will be held after the Jumma prayer. Babri Masjid demolition anniversary falls on Dec. 6.
The Poster Campaign is integral part of this Anti-Fascism Drive, headlined “Lest we forget” these posters speaks about democracy and eradication of fascism.
The inauguration of the poster was done by National chairman of Popular Front Mr.KM Shariff Along with National Gen.Secy Mr.OM Abdus Salam. Delhi State President Mr. Ansarul Haq, NEC member Mr.Y Moideen, and Imams council Representative Maulana Shadab Aziz Qasmi were also present.
