UAE, Algeria sign security cooperation agreement

Abu Dhabi : The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Algeria Monday signed an agreement defining security cooperation on combating all types of crimes and exchanging information and expertise on human trafficking, narcotics and illegal trade, particularly in arms and ammunition.

The agreement was signed by Lt.General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE’s deputy prime minister and interior minister, and Dahou Ould Kablia, Algerian minister for interior and local governments, here.
