New Delhi : BASIC countries Tuesday resolved to continue their partnership in achieving positive outcomes at the ongoing Lima Climate Change Conference, while seeking to preserve and strengthen unity of developing countries to protect common interests, a statement said.
A day prior to the high level segment meeting of the 20th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 20) scheduled for Wednesday, Indian Environment, Forests and Climate Change Minister Prakash Javadekar held discussions with his counterparts from other BASIC (Brazil, South Africa, India and China) countries in Lima.
