In a lovely show of communal harmony, Hindu brothers distributed sweets and drinks for their Muslim brothers during Eid Ul Milad Shareef processions, held across various parts of Kerala. The pictures of Hindu welcoming Milad processions across the state went viral on social media.
Some of the Hindu brothers are on fast ahead to their pilgrimage to Sabarimala, the famous pilgrim centre in South India, to visit Lord Ayyappa. But this did not stop them from arranging for facilities for their Muslim brothers. Clad in lungis, the attire for pilgrims who intend to go to Sabarimala, they distributed sweets and Payasam, the traditional sweet gruel of Kerala.
Twocircles got pictures from various localities from across Malabar like Kondotty, Nediyiruppu, Chandragiri, Uduma and Tirur.
