The disgruntled leaders passed a resolution regarding the same matter and conveyed it to the party’s national president as well as the state president.

As Akhilesh Yadav was inaugurating ‘Desh Bachao-Desh Banao’ campaign from Faizabad on August 9, thousands of party supporters and various party leaders gathered at the Faizabad to welcome Akhilesh Yadav.

But minority leaders have accused Akhilesh Yadav of not paying attention to them and even ignored all minority leaders during Faizabad event.

The minority leaders from the party signed a resignation letter after conveying a meeting which was attended by SP’s state secreatary Halim Pappu. The meeting was held at the residence of Zakir Pasha, who is party’s vice-president in Faizabad. Both of them too have resigned.

Other leaders who have from the party include Mohd. Aslam, Taveel Abbas, Wasi Haider Guddu, Mohd. Qamar, Mohd. Sharif, Hasan Iqbal, Shavez Zafari, Hamid Zafar, Majid Khan, Mahfooz Warsi, Haji Asad, Sharib Hussain, Mirza Sadiq Hussain, Shoeb Khan, Nazmi Zaidi, Shadman Khan, Mohd. Suhail, Jabir Khan, Mohd. Apeel, Akhtar Pradhan, Fareed Quraishi, Rizwan Hasanain and Ahmad Zameer.

The list includes two leaders who held post in state executive committee of the party.

Surprisingly SP did not react to the development and refused to comment on it.
