Chennai : Carnatic classical music exponent Kunnakudi Vaidyanathan died here Monday, family sources said. He was 73.
Known for his offbeat methods of playing the violin, Vaidyanathan was honoured with the Padma Shri by the government of India. He had scored music for several feature films, some of which he produced.
