Islamabad : Amir Jamat-e-Islami Pakistan Qazi Hussain Ahmad on Wednesday stressed the need for practical efforts to foil the designs of Israel and US against Muslim Ummah.
Talking to IRNA with a reference to International Day of Al-Qods he called upon Muslims around the world to struggle collectively to get back the control of Al-Qods from Israel.
He termed the day as the solution to the difficulties of Muslims of Palestine and makes them to expose the intrigues of Zionists.
Qazi Hussain Ahmed said that Qods Day is a nice tradition, which keeps the scattered Muslim Ummah united.
However, he contended that only one day is not enough to condemn the maneuvering of Israel.
He said that there is need to highlight the oppression to the Islamic world.
Qazi Hussain Ahmad criticized the leadership of Muslim world, saying that leaders of Muslim countries have become tools in the hands of US.
He added that the overall misery of the Muslims is due to the cooperation of Muslim leaders with anti Islam powers.
“Unawareness of Muslim leaders was our misery That’s why Muslims all over the world were oppressed by anti-Islam forces and even then Muslims were known as the terrorists,” Qazi said.
He believed that the leaders of Muslim Ummah should symbolize the wishes of their people.
He said that there is need to ignite the fervor and enthusiasm of Muslims and they should not compromise on their religious identity at any cost.
Qazi Hussain Ahmad said that Ummah is a very strong power blessed with the holy Qur’an and Sunnah.
Muslims are servants of humanity, he noted. Muslim Ummah, he said, should be converged around the Holy Qur’an.
He said that if Muslims succeed to end control of Israel from Al-Qods, the problems of Muslims would automatically be resolved.
