EU supports Cambodia’s development projects

Phnom Penh : The European Union (EU) has contributed over 18.7 million Euro to help Cambodia carry out national development projects in the past recent years, an EU diplomat has said.

The European Union’s funding has supported various projects carried out by UNDP in the fields of health, governance, judiciary and rural development, Cambodian news agency (KPL) quoted EU’s charde d’affairs Rafael Dochao Moreno as saying on October 28.

The cooperation between EU, UNDP and the Royal Government of Cambodia is aimed at achieving the Cambodia Millennium Development Goals, he said.
