Although no prominent face of the party accompanied her on the walk, she was joined by Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) president J.P. Agarwal in the returning office.

After filing the nomination, Dikshit said: “I have full faith that the Congress will come back to power for a consecutive term and we will win with a big margin.”

“I am confident that I will win from my constituency,” Dikshit, who has been chief minister for 10 years, added.

Tuesday is the last date for filing nominations for the Delhi assembly polls on Nov 29.
