Tokyo : Visiting Chancellor of Tehran University Farhad Rahbar said that the high education center has concluded cooperation agreements with 140 prestigious universities including Tokyo University.
Rahbar, who is in Tokyo to review the implementation of an agreement inked between Tehran and Tokyo universities, told IRNA Tuesday that the visit also aims to develop ties between the two institutes.
Stating that there are numerous areas of cooperation between the two countries, he added that one of them is an exchange of students and instructors.
Rahbar added that Iranian youth can make good progress by benefiting from Japanese facilities.
He further hoped that cooperation between the two universities would improve.
Rhabar also contended that exchange of visits by universities’ officials will help develop a better knowledge about each others’ potentials and facilities.
