The United Nations General Assembly, if the US president agrees, would be a good opportunity for holding an eye-to-eye, explicit and transparent meeting between President Obama and Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in the presence of world media, the FM spokesman said.

He further referred to Monday’s speech of President Ahmadinejad announcing the Islamic Republic of Iran’s readiness for holding talks with President Obama.
