Dhaka : Former Australian wicketkeeper Rodney Marsh is currently in the Bangladesh capital to make a presentation on an ICC project to the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
Marsh, 59, is scheduled to make a presentation to the Bangladesh board in his capacity as the director of ICC Global Cricket Academy of coaching, The Daily Star newspaper reported.
Marsh, who has played 96 Tests and 92 one-day internationals in his career, has been visiting the member countries to give the board officials ideas about the project.
The ICC Global Cricket Academy of coaching, which is part of the Dubai Sports City development, will also import soil from Britain, some Asian countries and Australia as part of its mission to offer wards a chance to experience as wide a range of conditions as possible.
The project is due to open early next year.
