Bhopal : A criminal gang shot dead a municipal corporation employee and injured his brother in Gwalior Wednesday, police said.
The gang of seven to eight criminals on motor bikes attacked Ashok Balmiki, a Gwalior Municipal corporation staff, and shot him down in the morning. He died on the spot, Additional Superintendent of Police Amit Sarangi told IANS.
Minutes later the gang attacked Ashok’s brother Ravi Balmiki, who is now under treatment in a hospital.
According to Sarangi, some old enmity led to the attack.
No arrest has been made yet.
