Ghaziabad : A Ghaziabad court Wednesday filed fresh charges of rape and murder against Noida-based businessman Moninder Singh Pandher, prime accused in the case related to the serial killings in Nithari village.
The fresh charges were framed by designated Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Judge Rama Jain in the case related to Jatin Sarkar’s daughter Pinki.
