Gaza : A Palestinian was killed and several others were injured on Sunday in Israeli air and ground attacks that targeted Palestinian houses in Jabaliya refugee camp, in northern Gaza Strip.
Local radios confirmed the attacks, and said that an Israeli incursion was executed, targeting Jabaliya refugee camp. The Israeli troops were backed with tanks, military vehicles and combat helicopters.
Palestinian medical sources expected an increase in causality numbers due to the serious injuries suffered by many Palestinians, who were admitted to hospitals.
Palestinian Health Ministry of the dismissed government called on the international community and the Arab world, formally and informally, to save Palestinian patients in Gaza, noting that due to the lack of medical care and supplies the patients were facing certain death.
According to the statement released by the ministry, ambulances, paramedics and the medical staff “are paralyzed and can no longer provide medical or arrive at scenes due to the scarcity of fuel resources and transportation means.”
