Peshawar, Pakistan : Police say two bomb attacks have killed a local police chief and two civilians in volatile northwestern Pakistan.
City police chief Ata Ullah said an area police chief, Khaista Khan, and his driver died Saturday in a blast near his vehicle in Peshawar.
He was quoted as saying by the Associated Press that the attack came about two hours after another roadside blast about 10 miles (15 kilometers) away that killed one civilian and wounded three others.
