Shimla : At least 19 people were killed and 21 injured in Himachal Pradesh when the bus they were travelling in fell into a gorge in Sirmaur district Monday, police said.
The accident took place at around 2 p.m. in a remote mountainous area near Noradhar, around 120 km from here. The private bus was on its way to Solan from Gathadhar.
"Nineteen people died in the accident. The injured have been admitted to hospital," a government official said.
"The cause of the accident is not yet clear," said a police officer.
