Pristina, Kosovo : Police say armed assailants have attacked the home of Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci.
They say Thaci’s security guards exchanged fire with the assailants, injuring at least one.
The guards spotted one person trying to break into the two-storey house from the balcony of the top floor. Thaci was away on a private visit at the time of the attack late Friday, but his wife and son were in the house, the Associated Press reported.
