Kuwait : Candidate for the Municipal Council in the first constituency Salem Al-Qasbah called lon Monday for more government attention to conditions of the cases of special needs.
Al-Qasbah, in remarks to KUNA, said he would seek to upgrade utility services for the citizens once he has been elected, and expressed his belief that the realization of the higher objective of transforming Kuwait into a regional financial hub would warrant issuance of special laws to secure inflow of invetsment capitals.
He called for solutions to resolve the problem of choking traffic, special regulations for the diwaniahs, and new laws for regulating issuance of work visas for expatriates.
