Management reshuffle at India’s Jet Airways in Brussels office

Brussels : The Indian airline company Jet Airways announced on Wednesday a number of management changes at its office in the Belgian capital.

In August 2007 India’s biggest private airline got off to a flying start in Belgium with the expansion of a European hub at Brussels Airport.

The airline offers daily direct flights to the Indian cities Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, Toronto in Canada and New York in the US.

“The number of passengers flying Jet Airways is growing steadily and in 2008 additional destinations will be added to the list. To respond to this rapid growth a number of management changes have been implemented,” noted a Jet Airways press release received by EuAsiaNews.

Mr. Rajan Segran was appointed Vice President for Jet Airways Europe and America, where he will be responsible for continental Europe, Great Britain and the Americas. The Singaporean Segran took up his position with Jet Airways in Brussels in December 2007, after having worked for Singapore Airlines for 26 years.

Mr. Emmanuel Menu has been promoted from General Manager Continental Europe to Vice President Continental Europe.

Mr. Stefan Hollands recently joined Jet Airways as Country Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg.

Mr. Bernard Guisset was appointed External Communications and Sales Support Manager Continental Europe.

Mr. Waleed Ali completes the Brussels team as Hub Manager. He manages the daily operations at Brussels Airport.
