I found my name in the list in the following link/website..

It is pertinent to mention that i had never been intimated from anyone that my name is there in this list and I am totally unaware and uninformed as to what this list is for? It was only by a matter of chance and co-incidence that I came across this list and also a further list (NOT RESPONSE IN THE YEAR 2009-2010), when I came to know about it only recently in December, 2011.I would like to ask you that how can I respond if I have been kept in complete darkness regarding the appearance of my name in any of the lists.I don't even know where to search for my name and where it had appeared? Sir, in the form we provide our full name and address and don't you think that the students should be intimated? I mean, what is the use of giving our residence and contact details when we are not even intimated or informed about the status of our applications? Is it not important to intimate the students personally (when the contact details are there in the form) if there name has appeared on any list and if there is any discrepancy regarding the same so that it could be rectified on time and the students get the benefits of this scholarship which is actually meant for their welfare and benefits? Its sad that due to the failure on the part of others the ultimate sufferer are those innocent students like me who actually need such scholarship to pursue further studies.
I request you to kindly tell me what am I suppose to do and how shall I get the scholarship money that I am entitled to and that which is my right?
I had contacted the minority department but to my surprise they have told me that i can't get the money, that money which is my right.
I would like to know whom should I contact and what am i suppose to do now?
