Aligarh: The Orientation Programme organized under the aegis of the UGC Academic Staff College of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) concluded successfully today on October 12th.
Lecturers from across the country attended this program.
Professor A.R. Kidwai, director of the Academic Staff College, felicitated the participants of the course. He urged them to strive for academic excellence in their respective institutions and for communal harmony and social justice in their neighborhood.
Addressing the gathering Professor C.P.S. Chauhan, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, AMU underscored the need and urgency for mastering educational technology for the effective delivery of learning materials.
Established in 1987 UGC Academic Staff College of AMU is the third best Academic College among all the 55 Academic Colleges run by University Grant Commission (UGC). It has been holding refresher and orientation programs for the teachers and lecturers. This was its112th orientation program.
