Iraqi official: Iran’s cooperation boosts security in Iraq

Baghdad : A ranking security authority in Baghdad said that Iran’s cooperation with Iraq could greatly contribute to the establishment of Security in his country.

Speaking on tomorrow’s Iran-USA-Iraq talks in Baghdad, Security Advisor to to Iraqi prime minister Movafagh al-Rabiei told IRNA that his country expects good results from this round of deliberations.

He said the coming talks would be frank and would include anti- terrorism, border security and the ways and means of Iran’s contribution to security in Iraq.

He added that similar talks could take place later if need be.

The Iranian negotioting delegation is to meet Sunday evening with President Jalal Talebani and Prime Minister Nouri Al-maleki attended also by Iranian ambassador to Baghdad Hassan Kazemi Ghomi.
