Panchkula (Haryana) : An inspiring innings of 74 runs from just 48 balls by former Pakistan opener Imran Farhat saw Chandigarh Lions beat Hyderabad Heroes by six wickets in their match in the Indian Cricket League (ICL) Twenty-20 championship here Wednesday evening.
Fireworks burst over the skies above the Tau Devi Lal sports complex cricket stadium as Chandigarh Lions batsman Chetan Sharma finished his team’s chase of 135 runs set by the Inzamam-ul-Haq-led Heroes with a huge six.

Farhat came blazing for his side as he single-handedly took the game away from the Heroes with 3.4 overs to spare. His knock included fives sixes and seven fours.
