Riyadh : Minister of transport Dr Jubarah al-Sireisiri signed here yesterday a sr 277,128,745 worth contract with al-Harbi trading and contracting company.
Under the contract the company will implement the project of Safwa-Rahmia dual track road, and link it with Dammam-Jubail road with a length of 16 kilometer.
Dr al-Sireisiri said the project of this road is one of the projects approved in the budget of the fiscal year 1427-1428.
He noted that the width of the road will be 7.3 meter.
Dr al-Sireisiri pointed out that the project includes construction of a conjunction and a 800-meter bridge in addition to a sea road with 1200-meter rock fillings.
The minister highlighted the great attention given by the Saudi Government to the roads sectors.
