Hyderabad : Though no formal curfew has been clamped following the blast in historical Makkah Masjid at the conclusion of Friday prayers, the city wears a curfew-like look. The administration has deployed police and paramilitary forces in the length and breadth of the city. Violence is prevailing over there.
As the Muslims, whose place of worship was targeted while they were at prayers, took to the streets, the police and paramilitary forces started firing at them instead of making attempts to bring the situation to normalcy. The total number of casualties from the blast has come to nine while 10 persons were killed in police firing.
