New Delhi : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh returned here late Wednesday after a two-day trip to Singapore.
He will fly to Uganda Thursday afternoon to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).
In Singapore, the prime minister attended the India-Asean Summit and the East Asia Summit.
