Chief Judicial Magistrate Anil Kumar Singh of Hajipur court issued the warrants on the plea of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), which has been probing the incident.

The 10 men were lynched in Dhelpurwa village in Vaishali district, about 40 km from the state capital, on Sep 13 by a mob.

The CID asked for the warrants Monday, as it wanted the accused for an identification parade before the lone survivor of the incident Ranjit Kureri, who is still in Patna Medical College and Hospital.

The court had initially refused to issue the warrants for want of sufficient evidence against the 10 showing their direct or indirect involvement.
