Islamabad : Pakistani security forces said Friday they arrested four Al-Qaeda linked suspected, three of whom were Turkish nationals.
The suspects were arrested late Thursday while traveling in a bus from Southwestern Baluchistan province to Southern Sindh province, security sources told KUNA.
They said the operation was carried out upon a tip-off by intelligence agencies. They were traveling to Karachi port city.
Sources added that forces also recovered explosive material, important documents and a laptop from their possession.
Sources said one of the suspects was a local while, three were Turkish nationals who had entered into Pakistan from war-ravage Afghanistan.
They all are in late 30s, sources said.
They said the suspects had been shifted to undisclosed location for interrogation.
