Hillary, Obama: No More War in Iraq

Washington : Democratic Senators running for US Presidency Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama criticized the Iraq war on Tuesday, and demanded the return of US military troops deployed in that country.

I believe it is time to begin an orderly process of troop withdrawal and focus on the main problems US people face, the legislator expressed during a hearing at Upper House to analyze the situation in the nation of the Persian Gulf.

In conversations with ABC TV station, the congresswoman considered that the reinforcement sent to Iraq did not result as expected.

According to former first lady, there is no military solution for that conflict, thus she assured that in case she is elected to run US Presidency, she will begin to evacuate the military men of the Pentagon.

Her democratic rival pronounced similarly, who alerted NBC news network on the chaos carried out in that nation.

An occupation in the long term is not viable, not only from the military point of view but also from the economic, US Senator for Illinois indicated.

Afro-American legislator made a call to end that conflagration some days ago, when considering that it shouldn’t have began.

There was neither evidence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, nor links of their leadership in September 11, 2001 attacks, or Al Qaeda terrorist network, he specified.
