Naypyidaw : Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah has held discussions here with Prime Minister of the Union of Myanmar Lt-Gen Thein Sein.
The talks took place in a cordial atmosphere, followed by the signing of two agreements on bilateral investment, economic and technical cooperation, in addition to an MoU between the foreign ministers of the two countries.
Kuwaiti Minister of Finance Mustafa Al-Shemali signed the agreements, while Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Khalid Suleiman Al-Jarallah signed the MoU on behalf of the Kuwaiti side.
Lt-Gen Sein hosted a luncheon in honour of the premier and his delegation.
