Israeli FM to sign agreement to extend cooperation with NATO

Gaza : Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni is to sign an agreement on Tuesday to strengthen and extend diplomatic and security-related relations with the NATO, according to Yedioth Ahronot daily.

The daily reported “The signing will take place in Brussels, consisting of extending the security and political cooperation between the two sides”.

Livni told the press, “Israel is an international power in terms of its army and abilities to fight terror, and the entire world acknowledges this. Extending the cooperation between Israel and NATO proves this.”
