An envelope carrying the letter was received by the receipt and dispatch section of the district judge in Tis Hazari courts here.

The letter threatened to blow up the court complexes in the capital Saturday. Of the five district court complexes, it did not specify which one was to be targeted.

“We will rock all your court complexes on that day (Dec 13) either with the help of our fidayeens (suicide squad members) or some other manner,” states the letter that bears the signature of an alleged JeM operative.

The threat letter also referred to a similar warning made Dec 4, which turned out to be hoax.

Three days later, a fresh threat was made that some bombs were planted at Patiala House courts complex, which again turned out to be a hoax.

A Lok Adalat for taking up accident claim cases is scheduled to be held Saturday in the district court complexes.
