England set India 387-run target

Chennai : England declared their second innings at 311 for nine setting India a target of 387 runs to win in 126 overs on the fourth day of the first cricket Test at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium here Sunday.

The declaration came soon after tea after England lost one more wicket, that of Matt Prior (33) who was caught by Virender Sehwag off Ishant Sharma.
