Jet Airways signs aviation fuel deal with Oman Oil

Mumbai : India’s largest private airline, Jet Airways, has signed an aviation turbine fuel (ATF) agreement with Oman Oil Marketing Co, one of the leading Omani fuel and lubricants marketing firms.

According to the agreement, Oman Oil would supply aviation fuel for Jet Airways’ aircraft landing in Oman.

“Our comprehensive supply and logistics network, backed by our partnerships with Air BP, the air wing of BP, would meet the requirements of Jet Airways,” said Saif Al Jasry, general manager of aviation & marine fuels of Oman Oil.

Jet Airways operates two flights per day to Oman’s capital Muscat, one from Mumbai and the other from Kochi, deploying wide-bodied Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
