Gaza : Saladdin Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Popular Resistance Committees, claimed responsibility of firing rockets at the Israeli military post of Nahel Oz late Wednesday night.
The brigades said in a press release that it fired two “Nasser II” rockets at Nahel Oz, eastern Gaza Strip, in revenge for the killing of Palestinian leader Aamir Qarmout last week and the continuous Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, spokesman of the Israeli Army said a rocket that was fired from northern Gaza Thursday morning exploded near a town in southern Israel without causing casualties or damage.
